THOUSANDS of cyclists are set to peddle through East Surrey as they take part in the 40th London to Brighton Bike Ride.Dozens of roads will be closed to traffic throughout the East Surrey stretch of the British Heart Foundation event, which takes place on Sunday.Road closures in Reigate and Banstead will be in place between 6am and 2pm, while those in Tandridge will operate from 7am until 3pm.
