The number of dogging sites recorded in each of Surrey's boroughs and districts has revealed a dramatic countywide drop in three years.In 2013 there were 93 known locations which were designated by the police as 'public sex environments' (PSEs) in the county, with the largest number in any borough at 16 in Guildford.
